Having your documents ready before listing can significantly speed up the sale and transfer process.
Essential documents
- Title deed (or bondholder's copy if bonded)
- Identity document
- Marriage certificate or divorce decree (if applicable)
- Rates and taxes account
- Body corporate levy statements (sectional title)
- Building plans approved by municipality
- Compliance certificates (electrical, plumbing, beetle, gas, electric fence)
- Seller disclosure document
